The location, right between the university and the airport, was perfect for my needs. The staffpeople were efficient when I told them a reading lamp wasn't working--it was fixed by the time I returned to my room a few hours later.
The wake-up call I requested never came! Fortunately I had a travel alarm clock that did ring.Also--the outside doors of the hotel were equipped with locks, but the locks were not in use & security was compormised. Finally, the hotel parking lot (right outside my window) was very noisy at midnight-3 A.M.

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Grand Forks. This hotel was well-run with competent staff on over night shift. It was based in nice building in a perfect and excellent location, to shopping areas.

The price was reasonable and it was clean. Friendly staff.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the fitted shit for the mattress was to small so every time you moved the sheet came of so you spend more time putting it back on then you did sleeping.. So that old and tiring after awhile.
